Return and Refund Policy

At Follow Your Arrow Canada, each item is made or fulfilled especially for you. Because our products are custom printed and/or shipped by our fulfillment partners, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or personal preference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work with our fulfillment partner to arrange a replacement (reprint) at no additional cost to you.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
